By accessing or using Predictoria ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Predictoria provides data-driven sports analytics, probabilistic insights, performance analysis, and informational tools intended for educational and analytical purposes only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Predictoria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Predictoria is an analytics platform. The Platform:

• provides statistical models, insights, and probabilistic analysis;
• does not offer gambling services;
• does not operate as a betting operator, bookmaker, or financial advisor.

All content is informational and analytical in nature.

3. No Betting or Financial Advice

Predictoria does not encourage, recommend, or guarantee any betting, wagering, or financial decision. Users understand and agree that:

• outcomes in sports are inherently uncertain;
• analytics and probabilities are not guarantees;
• any action taken based on Platform information is done solely at the user's own risk.

Predictoria shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from decisions made by users.

4. Eligibility

Users must:

• be legally allowed to access analytical services in their jurisdiction;
• use the Platform in compliance with local laws.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance.

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• billing is recurring unless canceled;
• access may depend on the selected plan;
• cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, Google Play subscriptions on Android).

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including models, analytics structures, design, interfaces, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by Predictoria. Users may not:

• copy or redistribute data or analytics;
• reverse engineer models;
• resell or commercially exploit Platform outputs without authorization.

7. Availability and Accuracy

Predictoria aims to provide reliable information but does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service;
• real-time accuracy;
• absence of errors or delays.

Sports data may contain external inaccuracies beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictoria shall not be liable for:

• financial losses;
• betting losses;
• missed opportunities;
• indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

9. Responsible Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse analytics for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform;
• interfere with system integrity.

10. Changes to the Service

Predictoria may modify features, pricing, or functionality at any time to improve performance or security.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
