Predictoria ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Predictoria mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email as provided by those services. We do not access your Apple or Google account passwords.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance, including device type, operating system version, and app interaction patterns.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications, we store your device push token to deliver alerts about match events and results.
Subscription Data: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status information but do not have access to your payment details (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
You may also request a copy of your data (GDPR Art. 20 - Data Portability) directly from the app settings.
These services have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.
Predictoria is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
